Chelsy Cosentino's offensive showing at the Rebel Games aided in the Red Flash posting a 5-3 record for the week, and improving its overall record to 11-7. Cosentino hit at a .480 clip for the week as she collected 12 hits, five of which went for extra bases. The junior also recorded a .720 slugging percentage, scored six runs and drove in six more for SFU. Half of the games Cosentino played, she registered multi-hit games, including a 3-for-3 performance against South Dakota. Defensively behind the plate she did not commit an error in the final seven games of the Florida trip. For her efforts, she earned NEC Player of the Week honors for the first time in her career.
