Alex Kane continued the red-hot start to his senior campaign over the weekend, helping the Red Flash begin EIVA conference action with a pair of wins. The 6-9 opposite racked up 32 kills and eight blocking assists in the back-to-back contests against NJIT and Rutgers-Newark. In the second game of the weekend versus the Scarlet Raiders, the York, Pa. native had just one hitting error, posting a career-best .737 attack percentage. Kane now has six games with double-digit figures in kills, including his last three games in a row.
