Friday, November 14 | NCAA Championship | Bethlehem, Pa. | Goodman Campus Course | 12 p.m. (W) | 1 p.m. (M) 

RUNNING START
Saint Francis is traveling to another legendary course, Goodman Campus Course, in Bethlehem, Pa., for the NCAA Division I Mid-Atlantic Region Championship. 38 team will be competing at the Championship including Penn State, Towson, Maryland, and Rutgers. 
 
LAST TIME TAKING OFF
During the Red Flash Rally, hosted at B & D Acres, Savannah Hoover led the Saint Francis women's team with a time of 16:08.20. She finished in second place. Following close behind her was Ryan Wilson in fourth place with a time of 16:38.7. Abigail Sheehan finished in fifth place with a time of 16:58.7. Coming in seventh with 17:40.7, Lauren Lomago. And rounding up the time in eighth place with a time of 18:02.1 was Amy Jacobs.  

Ryan Young led the men's side with a time of 23:40.9 in fifth place. Cael Konek paced closes behind him in seventh with a time of 23:55.5. 

NEXT TIME RUNNING
If any runners qualify for the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships, the event will be November 22 at the Gans Creek Cross Country Course in Columbia, Missouri.
