EARLYSVILLE, Va. – The Saint Francis men's cross country team traveled to Lynchburg on Saturday to compete in the South Region Preview. The challenging 8K course featured 20 teams from several divisions.
Collin Dreese's top-10 finish helped lead the Red Wolves to a sixth-place team finish. Dreese crossed the finish line in 26:05.5 to place sixth individually. It marked the second consecutive meet in which Dreese has recorded a top-10 finish.
Teammate Aaron Tressler finished 21st with a time of 27:02.4.
Saint Francis finished sixth with 177 points. Lynchburg won the team competition with 28 points, followed by Pfeiffer with 92, while Roanoke and Berry tied for fourth with 108 points.
