HIGH SCHOOL - Local middle-distance product from Altoona that lettered all four years of high school in cross country, indoor and outdoor track & field… First-Team All-State in cross country in 2009… two-time Altoona Mirror Athlete of the Week… won a District VI championship in the 3200m in 2008, and was member of the 4x800m Relay that won a District VI championship… won the 2009 Gioisa Award as top cross country runner… National Junior Honor Society.
