SENIOR (2019-20) – Swam in seven meets … at the NEC Championships, finished second in the 200 fly (54.22), second in the 200 IM (2:03.44), third in the 400 medley relay (3:49.50), fourth in the 200 free relay (1:33.99), fourth in the 400 free relay (3:27.95), fifth in the 100 free (51.24) and fifth in the 200 medley relay (1:44.12) … swept her events in two meets … against LIU, won the 200 IM (2:09.14), 50 free (24.58) and 200 medley relay (1:49.67) … against Siena, won the 200 IM (2:08.23), 100 free (53.59) and 200 free relay (1:40.44) … won two events against Duquesne – the 100 free (53.40) and the 400 medley relay (3:58.56) … won the 100 fly against Liberty (57.70) … was the runner up in the 100 free (53.14) and 200 medley relay (1:49.08) against Liberty … totaled nine event wins and 22 top-five finishes this season.

SOPHOMORE (2017-18) – NEC Champion in the 200 IM (2:02.25)… At the NEC Championships, finished second in the 100 Butterfly (54.77) and seventh in the 100 Freestyle (51.56). Contributed to third-place finishes in the 200 Medley Relay (1:42.99), 400 Medley Relay (3:49.80) and 800 Freestyle Relay (7:28.57) and a fourth-place finish in the 400 Freestyle Relay (3:30.28)… Owns the top time in program history in the 100 Butterfly and 200 IM and the fourth-best time in the 100 Freestyle. Part of the second-best time at SFU in the 800 Freestyle Relay, third-best time in the 200 Medley Relay, fifth-best time in the 400 Medley Relay and seventh-best time in the 400 Freestyle Relay… In the meet vs. Iona/Delaware (1/14), finished second in the 100 Butterfly (58.11) and third in the 50 Freestyle (24.94). Contributed to a win in the 400 Freestyle Relay (3:36.95) and a second-place finish in the 200 Medley Relay (1:49.10)… At Siena (1/20), won the 200 IM (2:11.87). Won the 200 Medley Relay (1:51.36) and 200 Freestyle Relay (1:41.48)… At the Western PA Invite (1/27), placed second in the 100 Butterfly (57.05) and ninth in the 100 Breaststroke (1:07.47). Helped earn fifth-place finishes in the 200 Medley Relay (1:48.44) and 200 Freestyle Relay (1:39.04).
FRESHMAN (2016-17) – Ranks in the Top 10 all-time at SFU in the 100-yard Butterfly (3rd, 56.13), 100-yard Backstroke (8th, 58.16) and 50-yard Freestyle (10th, 24.36)… At the NEC Championships, placed second in the 100-yard Butterfly (56.13), 13th in the 100-yard Backstroke (58.37) and 17th in the 50-yard Freestyle (24.36). Combined with Katie Lafferty, Erin O’Neill and Paige McLean for a third-place finish in the 200-yard Medley Relay, with a time of 1:43.12, the third-best at SFU. Teamed with McLean, Aimee Baur and Lafferty to place fourth in the 200-yard Freestyle Relay, with a pace of 1:35.14, the fifth-best time at SFU. Bowman, Karilyn Quon, Natalie Tedjasukmana and Lafferty placed fourth in the 400-yard Freestyle Relay, with a time of 3:27.53, the second-best all-time at SFU… Helped to record the ninth-best time in the 200-yard Medley Relay (1:48.19) at the Delaware/Georgetown meet (10/1)… Earned three Top 5 finishes at the Colgate Fall Classic, including the 100-yard Butterfly (2nd, 58.52), 100-yard Backstroke (3rd, 1:00.33) and 100-yard IM (2nd, 1:01.18), bettering the previous pool record in the 100-yard IM. Helped to earn wins, and set meet records, in the 200-yard Freestyle Relay (1:38.63) and 400-yard Freestyle Relay (3:36.68)… At the Northeast Catholic Invitational, won the 100-yard Butterfly (58.44) and 100-yard Backstroke (59.73), while also placing third in the 50-yard Freestyle (24.90). Helped to earn relay wins in the 200-yard Medley (1:49.75) and 400-yard Medley (3:58.15)… Won the 100-yard Butterfly against LIU Brooklyn (10/29), with a time of 57.76, and Wagner (11/12), with a time of 58.08… Won the 200-yard Butterfly (2:11.57) against Lock Haven (12/3).
BEFORE SFU - Bowman was a member of the swimming team at Saint Joseph's High School for Head Coach Laurie Bowman... A three-time All-American, Bowman would have placed in the Top Eight at last year's NEC Championships in the 100 Butterfly (56.55) and 100 Backstroke (57.79) with her top times in those events. Bowman would have finished in the Top 16 at the NEC Championships in the 200 IM (2:09.91), 100 Freestyle (53.24), 200 Backstroke (2:09.16) and 100 Breaststroke (1:10.81) with her career-best times... In Freestyle, Bowman also has a top time of 24.75 in the 50 Freestyle... She was a member of the Cavalier Swim Club... Bowman intends to study to be a Physician's Assistant.
