SENIOR (2019-20) – Swam in nine meets … at NEC Championships, finished fourth in the 200 IM (2:05.03), fourth in the 400 free relay (3:27.95), fifth in the 400 IM (4:26.28), sixth in the 200 back (2:05.09) and sixth in the 800 free relay (7:41.79) … won all three events against LIU – 200 free (1:59.50), 200 back (2:12.02) and 400 free relay (3:40.11) … won the 400 IM (4:38.05) and 200 free relay (1:39.77) at the NJIT Invitational … won the 500 free (5:19.22) and 200 free relay (1:40.44) against Siena … won the 200 IM against Liberty (2:10.92) … won the 800 free relay at St. Petersburg Classic Relays (8:12.67) … finished second in the 200 IM (2:11.10) and 400 free relay (3:40.72) at the NJIT Invitational … was the runner up in three events against Duquesne – 100 back (1:00.14), 500 free (5:11.88) and 200 free relay (1:40.61) … finished second in the 200 medley relay against Liberty (1:49.08) … was the runner up in the 200 IM against Siena (2:11.72) … totaled 22 top-five finishes this season.

SOPHOMORE (2017-18) – NEC Champion in the 400 IM (4:21.09, NEC Record, SFU Record)… At the NEC Championships, finished second in the 200 IM (2:02.60), second-best time at SFU, and fifth in the 200 Backstroke (2:01.73). Finished third in the 800 Freestyle Relay (7:28.57), second-best time at SFU, 200 Freestyle Relay (1:34.39), the fifth-best time at SFU, and 400 Medley Relay (3:49.80), fifth-best time at SFU. Placed fourth in the 400 Freestyle Relay (3:30.28), the fifth-best time in program history… Earned Top 10 all-time marks at SFU in the 200 Freestyle (1:51.76, third) and 50 Freestyle (24.03, seventh)… At Bowling Green (9/29), finished third in the 200 Freestyle (1:56.61) and 500 Freestyle (5:19.53), while placing third in the 400 Freestyle Relay (3:39.64)… In the Justin Jennings Invite (10/6), placed third in the 500 Freestyle (5:13.48) and 400 IM (4:38.00), fourth in the 200 Backstroke (2:10.34) and fifth in the 200 IM (2:11.04). Finished second in the 200 Freestyle Relay (1;38.44), topping the previous meet record, and third in the 400 Freestyle Relay (3:38.67)… At the Northeast Catholic Invitational (10/130, won the 500 Freestyle (5:09.24) and 200 Backstroke (2:08.30), setting meet records in both, and won the 200 Freestyle (1:56.85). Finished second in the 200 Freestyle Relay (1:39.39) and 400 Freestyle relay (3:37.84)… Against Wagner (10/28), won the 500 Freestyle (5:13.33), 1000 Freestyle (10:42.24) and 400 Freestyle Relay (3:36.40). Followed at LIU Brooklyn (11/4) with wins in the 200 Freestyle (1:54.44), 200 Backstroke (2:05.46) and 200 IM (2:07.80)… At the Magnus Cup (11/17), placed 13th in the 400 IM (4:29.76) and 14th in the 200 Freestyle Relay (1:38.07)… At the ECAC Winter Championships (12/1), won the 400 IM (4:30.63), placed fourth in the 200 Backstroke (2:05.78) and sixth in the 200 Freestyle Relay (1:38.28) and 400 Freestyle Relay (3:38.08)… In a dual meet vs. Iona/Delaware (1/14), won the 200 Backstroke (2:06.18) and 200 IM (2:08.92)... At Siena (1/20), earned victories in the 500 Freestyle (5:17.91), 200 Butterfly (2:11.05) and 200 Freestyle Relay (1:41.48)… At the Western PA Invite (1/27), finished fourth in the 200 Backstroke (2:06.93) and fifth in the 200 IM (2:07.80) and 200 Medley Relay (1:48.44).
FRESHMAN (2016-17) – Holds SFU Records in the 200-yard Backstroke (2:02.35) and 400-yard IM (4:24.95). Ranks in the Top 10 all-time at SFU in the 100-yard Freestyle (5th, 52.30), 200-yard Freestyle (4th, 1:52.49), 500-yard Freestyle (5th, 4:58.75) and 200-yard IM (2:09.13)… Named NEC Rookie of the Week on November 15 and January 17… At the NEC Championships, finished third in the 500-yard Freestyle (4:58.75), third in the 400-yard IM (4:24.95) and fourth in the 200-yard Backstroke (2:03.39). Combined with Aimee Baur, Emma Karell and Katie Lafferty for a third-place finish in the 800-yard Freestyle Relay (7:29.74), a time that ranks second all-time at SFU. Teamed with Sabrina Bowman, Natalie Tedjasukmana and Lafferty to place fourth in the 400-yard Freestyle Relay (3:27.53), a time that also ranks second at SFU… At the Colgate Fall Classic, won the 500-yard Freestyle (5:10.57) and 200-yard Backstroke (2:09.72), while also finishing in the Top 5 in the 200-yard Freestyle (2nd, 1:56.74), 400-yard IM (2nd, 4:35.00) and 200-yard Breaststroke (5th, 2:32.34). Helped to earn a first-place finish in the 400-yard Freestyle Relay, with a time of 3:36.68, a meet record… Won three events at the Northeast Catholic Invitational, including the 500-yard Freestyle (5:08.49), 200-yard Backstroke (2:08.88) and 400-yard IM (4:37.27). Contributed to relay wins in the 200-yard Freestyle (1:38.94) and 400-yard Freestyle (3:38.14)… Against LIU Brooklyn (10/29), won the 200-yard Freestyle (1:56.12) and 200-yard Backstroke (2:10.13), while helping to earn relay wins in the 200-yard Medley (1:48.67) and 800-yard Freestyle (7:52.89)… Won the 500-yard Freestyle (5:10.85) and 1,000-yard Freestyle (10:38.86) against Wagner (11/12)… Against Lock Haven (12/3), won the 100-yard Butterfly (1:01.50) and 100-yard Breaststroke (1:12.00)… At Youngstown State (1/13), earned wins in the 1,000-yard Freestyle (10:43.03) and 200-yard Backstroke (2:06.85)… Against Duquesne (1/14), contributed to relay wins in the 200-yard Medley (1:48.73) and 200-yard Freestyle (1:38.85)… Against Siena (1/19), won the 200-yard Freestyle (1:58.89) and 200-yard IM (2:13.47), while contributing to a win in the 200-yard Medley Relay (1:49.84)… Finished second in the 500-yard Freestyle (5:10.68) at the Western PA Invitational.
BEFORE SFU - Quon was a four-year letterman for Head Coach Ron Musgrave at Corona del Sol High School... A three-time All-City selection, Quon's top times in the 500 Freestyle (5:04.44), 1,650 Freestyle (17:27.09), 100 Backstroke (58.36), 200 Backstroke (2:02.92), 200 IM (2:06.92) and 400 IM (4:28.19) would have qualified for the Top Eight at last year's NEC Championships. She would have also had Top 16 finishes in the 100 Freestyle (53.61), 200 Freestyle (1:54.17), 100 Breaststroke (1:08.93), 200 Breaststroke (2:25.73) anD 100 Butterfly (1:00.37) with her top career times in those events... Also owns a top time of 24.81 in the 50 Freestyle... Quon also swam for the Rio Salado club team.
