  • Conte comes to SFU from Thomas R. Proctor High School where she earned varsity letters from 7th grade to her senior year where she was captain of the Bowling team her junior and senior year
  • Her senior year she averaged a 211 with a game high of 289. Conte's high school team compiled a 44-4 record over her four years
  • She was the All Mohawk Valley Bowler of the Year 2020, a Section 3 sectionals Singles champion in 2019-2020, recieved the NYSPHAA Sportsmanship award  in 2018-2019, a Mohawk Valley All-Star from 2017-2020, a member of the NYSPHAA Section 3 Composite All Star team from 2018-2020, Scholar Athlete from 2014-2020, section 3 Scholar Athlete Scholarship winner 2020, the Greater Utica Sports Hall of Fame scholarship winner in 2020, the YBT Jack Moran Sportsmanship Scholarship award, the Pepsi Tournament 1st place region 6 qualifier in 2020, section 3 Champions in 2015 and 2016, placed 13th in the Turbo Collegiate Expo out of 96 bowlers in 2019, placed 47th out of 446 at the Jr Gold Detroit in 2019, the Youth Bowling Tour (YBT) First place(35ft) 10/19 Roseland Bowl winner, the Canadaigua NY, Youth Bowling Tour (YBT) First place(43ft) 1/2020 Roseland Bowl winner, and the Canadaigua NY, Youth Bowling Tour (YBT) Second Place (cheetah)  Waverly, NY
