Michael Biddle joins Doug Hoover's coaching staff as a primary throwing coach during the fall of the 2025-26 season. A decade ago, he was a Pennsylvania and national high school champion in the javelin, with a personal best of 64.95m.
As a student-athlete at Penn State, he won the Big Ten Championship in 2018, with a personal best of 73.02m. Â He was also a Big Ten bronze medalist in 2019. Â He was a two-time NCAA Division I National Championship qualifier, in 2017 and 2018.
Coach Biddle is a native of Williamsburg, Pennsylvania. He and his wife, Britt, own and operate Biddle’s Brewing.
