Jaelyn Cole is a graduate assistant coach for the Saint Francis University Track & Field program, working primarily with the sprints, hurdles, and jumps groups while also assisting with meet-day management. A native of Sarnia, Ontario, Canada, Cole was a talented hurdler for the Red Flash during her competitive career.
During her time at SFU, Cole was a member of two NEC Women’s Outdoor Championship teams, contributing to the program’s continued success on the conference stage. She earned her undergraduate degree in Marketing, graduating in Spring 2025, and has returned to Saint Francis to pursue her Accelerated MBA. As a graduate assistant, Cole brings a strong athlete-first perspective, attention to detail, and empathetic leadership to the coaching staff, supporting both athlete development and daily program operations.
