At the 2012-13 NEC Women Swimming & Diving Championship, Elise Löfgren earned a share of the Outstanding Swimmer of the Meet trophy, the first swimmer to do so, as she Bryant's Casey Ostrander and Wagner's Amanda Lucia each captured two individual titles and scored 57 points. Löfgren took home individual event titles in the 200 IM (2:04.15) and the 100 Breast (1:03.77). Additionally she was a part of the winning 400 MR team that swam a 3:47.56 for the win. Löfgren's efforts helped the Red Flash capture its fourth consecutive NEC championship.
