LORETTO, Pa. (Sept. 11, 2010) – A pair of freshman and three veterans are competing for the Saint Francis women's golf team as Day 1 of its season opening trip to the Bucknell Women's Invitational finished with two rounds on Saturday.
Freshman
Ann Colligan (Kittanning, Pa./Kittanning) (Kittanning, Pa. / Kittanning) is in seventh place after 36 holes, carding a 78-72-150, and the Red Flash are in a tie for 12
th-place in an 18-team field with a 350-316-666.
Tournament-host Bucknell leads the event with a 303-304-607, defending champion William & Mary is second (307-305-612), Rutgers is third (306-310-616), Lehigh is fourth (314-307-621), and Radford is fifth (317-308-625). Competition will conclude with 18 more holes on Sunday.
