Media Policies

GAME DAY CREDENTIALS
Requests for media credentials should be made directly to the Saint Francis Office of Athletic Communications. Credentials will be available at the will call window of the respective venue.

GAME DAY SERVICES
Pregame notes, in-game and final statistics plus a play-by-play account of the game will be available to all members of the working media. Saint Francis head coaches and student-athletes will be available for interviews following a brief cooling-off period and a postgame interview.

INTERVIEWS
Interviews with coaches, athletics staff and student-athletes can be arranged through the Office of Athletic Communications. Players and coaches will be available for both in-person and telephone interviews. 

RADIO INFORMATION
Permission to broadcast games is granted through the Saint Francis Office of Athletic Communications. Arrangements for a line should be made at least two weeks in advance of the game (when possible).

ACCESS TO PRACTICE/TRAINING
Members of the media may request access to practice and training sessions. Requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. All media must remain within the areas designated by the Athletic Communications staff. Media are prohibited from interacting with student-athletes during practice.

MEDIA CONFERENCES
Head coaches will be made available in a designated area after all home basketball and football games. Saint Francis student-athletes may be made available upon request. The Saint Francis Athletic Communications staff will attempt to coordinated postgame interviews with opposing coaches and student-athletes upon request.

SPECIALTY INFORMATION & STATISTICS REQUESTS
Every effort will be made to accommodate requests for specialized information that is not made available in standard pregame releases, box scores, record books, etc. The Athletic Communications office does not accommodate requests for statistical data by opponents for scouting/game planning purposes.
