The Red Flash (0-2) travels to Syracuse for the middle game of a three-game road swing. The game is also SFU's second straight against a Big East opponent.

Syracuse holds a 1-0 advantage in the series, which began last season. The Orange allowed its fourth-highest point of the season through 11 games as it downed the Red Flash, 94-60, on Dec. 28, 2010. Samantha Leach (Mount Sterling, Ohio/Miami Trace) led SFU's three double-digit scorers with 17 points in the contest.

Saint Francis suffered an, 80-52, setback at Pittsburgh on Tuesday, thanks mostly to cold shooting (17-of-63) and 26 turnovers.
Sophomore Alli Williams (Altoona, Pa./Bishop Guilfoyle) led the Flash with 10 points.

Syracuse is 1-0 on the season after downing Long Beach State, 81-42, on Sunday. Junior Elashier Hall paced SU with her third career double-double (20 pts/11 reb). Sixth-year head coach Quentin Hillsman sits at 99 career wins entering the contest.
