LORETTO, Pa. (Dec. 22, 2011) – Saint Francis continues its season long five-game road trip with a visit to St. Bonaventure, N.Y. to take on the Bonnies Friday at 7 p.m.
FLASH FACTS
- The Red Flash started the season going 0-6 in the month of November but the Flash have won three of their last five. SFU can secure a winning record in the month of December with a win against the Bonnies.
- Saint Francis and St. Bonventure have split the last four meetings between the two schools but SFU and the Bonnies have met just three times since the turn of the century after meeting for six consecutive seasons in the mid 70's to early 80's.
- All time SFU holds a record of 11-30 against St. Bonventure in a rivalry that dates back to the 1919-20 season. The Flash won the first ever game between the schools 30-19.

Anthony Ervin (Chesterfield, Va./Fork Union Military Academy) took his great bench play and brought it to the SFU starting line up Tuesday recording his sixth consecutive double-digit scoring performance.
- Pitt held
Scott Eatherton (Hershey, Pa./Hershey) to his worst shooting performance of the season as the sophomore went 4-of-12 from the field against the Panthers. The native of Hershey, Pa. entered the week as the NCAA leader in field goal percentage.
- Freshman
Stephon Whyatt (Jersey City, N.J./St. Peter's Prep) posted his fifth double-digit scoring performance of the season Tuesday against Pitt.

Earl Brown (Philadelphia, Pa./Imhotep Charter) posted solid numbers in just 18 minutes against Pitt. The SFU freshman recorded five points, two rebounds, two blocks and two steals.
- In the past two games Kameron Ritter has recorded seven assists and just two turnovers. In the first nine game of the season the junior had just two assists and four turnovers.

Ollie Jackson (Dallas, Texas/Pinkston ) continues to struggle to find his shot on the road. The SFU freshman is shooting over 50-percent from behind the 3-point arc at home but on the rookie is just 4-for-21 and his only road 3-point makes all came against Colgate.
- SFU is undefeated this season when winning the rebounding battle 3-0 but they are winless when rebounds are tied for its opponent has the rebounding edge.
- The SFU bench saw its streak of six consecutive double-digit performance come to an end against Pitt. This season SFU is 3-4 when the bench outscores the opponent and 0-4 when the opponents bench outscores SFU.
- The Red Flash tied a season high with 10 fast break points against Pitt.

Jon Taylor (Bowie, Md./Montgomery College-Germantown) continues to be a key contributor off the SFU bench. Since moving to a reserve roll the SFU senior has seen his points per game rise from 4.3 to 6.0.
BENCH NOTES
The Red Flash bench has been at its best on its home floor outscoring opponents 164-91 but on the road SFU's bench is being outscoring by its opponents 57-99. The SFU bench has been held to single digits just three times this season, each coming on the road. The Flash hold a record of 3-4 when their bench outscores its opponents and 0-4 when the opponent's bench bests the Red Flash reserves.
RED FLASH RALLIES
The Saint Francis Red Flash have rallied twice this season for wins. SFU came from nine down against Fairleigh Dickinson to start the season 2-0 in Northeast Conference play. The Red Flash picked up a huge win against then-Patriot League leading American coming from 16 down.
LOOKING FOR A DOUBLE-DOUBLE
No active player on the SFU roster has a double-double to his credit. The Red Flash have been close recently with Eatherton missing the feat against Pitt by just one point and two rebounds. The sophomore also came close against American with career-highs in points (21) and rebounds (9).
Anthony Ervin (Chesterfield, Va./Fork Union Military Academy) just missed the mark against FDU, falling just one rebound short.
