WILDWOOD, N.J. (June 13, 2011) – Saint Francis University head women's basketball coach Susan Robinson Fruchtl joined a panel of eight collegiate coaches at the Wildwood Crest Recreation Center on Saturday, June 11 to take part in the Wildwood Basketball Coaches' Clinic.

The two-day event is one of the few in the nation specifically designed for girls and women's coaches with a primary goal of growing women's basketball.

In addition to Robinson Fruchtl, the event's speakers included Fordham's Stephanie Gaitley, Penn State assistant Fred Chmiel, St. John's coach Kim Barnes Arico, Saint Joseph's assistant Chris Day, Pittsburgh assistant Pat Coyle, Colgate coach Nicci Hays Fort and Joe Fussner of D-III Richard Stockton.

The clinic, organized by Paul Rieser and Kevin Kretschy of the group Hoop Mountain, featured discussion on many aspects of the game including offenses, defenses and effective practice strategies.

The group plans to expand the clinic to three days and feature more than 10 college coaches at next year's event.
