Saint Francis U plays at home for its second consecutive game on Monday when Bucknell visits DeGol Arena at 7 p.m. The Bison are the last of five Patriot League schools on the Red Flash schedule this season. Previously, SFU fell to Colgate (85-67), American (61-51), Lafayette (61-58) and Lehigh (83-67).
Bucknell has enjoyed a solid start to its non-conference schedule, coming in with a 9-1 record. The Bison and Red Flash have played two common opponents to date: Bucknell prevailed at Niagara (88-71) and fell at Penn State (60-57).
Senior forward/center
Mike Muscala leads Bucknell's four players who average double-digit point totals with 18.7. Muscala shoots above 50 percent from the field, the 3-point line and leads his team with 25 assists and 23 blocks.
Through eight games a season ago, SFU sat at 1-7, playing four of those contests in the friendly confines of the Stokes Center.
After today's game, SFU travels to Kent State (5-5) on Dec. 20 before returning home to tip-off a three-game home-stand against Cornell (4-5) on Dec. 28.
