The Saint Francis U men's basketball team looks to end a six-game skid with a 4 p.m. contest scheduled against Wagner on Saturday. The game will wrap up SFU's four-game home stand.
The Seahawks (10-8, 4-3) took down Mount St. Mary's in their last contest, which ended a three-game losing streak. Wagner is 4-7 on the road this season, with two conference road wins coming against LIU Brooklyn and Mount St. Mary's.
Jonathan Williams leads the Seahawks offense by averaging 14.1 points per game. The senior guard is shooting just over 49% from the field. Williams also leads the team in rebounding, grabbing 7.2 boards per game.
SFU is 21-8 all-time against Wagner in Sweet Loretto.
Umar Shannon (Atlantic City, N.J./Atlantic City) was held out of Thursday's game with a lower body injury and
Stephon Mosley (Harlem, N.Y./Seton Hall Prep) was held out with a concussion.
The Red Flash travels to Brooklyn, New York on Thursday to take on LIU Brooklyn. On Saturday, SFU takes on St. Francis Brooklyn.
Both schools are located in Brooklyn.
