Saint Francis U Red Flash (2-4) vs. Duquesne Dukes (6-3)

LORETTO, Pa. (Dec. 6, 2013) - The Saint Francis University women's basketball team will host Duquense University for a 2 p.m. match-up on Sunday.

The Red Flash will embark on a six-game road trip after Sunday and will not play at home again until Jan. 11 when they welcome Northeast Conference foe Fairleigh Dickinson to Loretto. Saint Francis saw its two-game winning streak end on Wednesday at the hands of the University at Buffalo. The Bulls fought off a hard fought SFU comeback to take the game, 87-77. Duquesne is off to a strong start in 2013-14, picking up six wins already, including an 83-78 victory over Providence on Friday night.

Duquesne leads the all-time series between the two institutions, 26-10. The two schools, located less than two hours apart, have seen plenty of each other over the past two decades. SFU's last win against the Dukes came in 2007 in an overtime thriller inside DeGol Arena.
