BROOKLYN, N.Y. (March 2, 2013) - It was another strong day for the Saint Francis U bowling team, taking down more opponents ranked in the top-10 and 20 on their way to a 4-1 day at NEC #3.
"Anytime you can go 4-1 in this conference is a strong day," head coach
Tom Falbo said. "This was the best I've seen our focus through each match and on each shot in a while. Having fun and focusing on each shot remains our plan for tomorrow. We will go at it strong from first shot to last."
The Red Flash push its conference record to 16-7 overall.

Sarah Ross (Crescent, Pa./Moon Area) led the way with a 1,057 total pinfall for five games (211.4 average). She was firing on all cylinders in the Adelphi match leading the Red Flash with a 277 game, after starting with the first eight strikes in a row.
"Sarah was solid all day and in the zone against Saint Peter's and Adelphi," Falbo said. "She made a great contribution to our team and I congratulate her performance."
Saint Francis concludes the final NEC meet tomorrow with matches against Sacred Heart, LIU Brooklyn, New Jersey City and Fairleigh Dickinson.
