LORETTO, Pa. (Jan. 24, 2014) - The Saint Francis University women's basketball team will start its four-game trip away from Loretto with its first stop at Fairleigh Dickinson on Saturday for a 2 p.m. match-up.

SFU just played the Knights on Jan. 11 inside DeGol Arena and won, 111-89, while setting a Northeast Conference scoring record. Saint Francis currently sits tied for fifth place in the conference standings with a 3-3 league record, while FDU is in 10th with a 0-6 conference record.

Saint Francis most recently took down Mount St. Mary's, 81-66, in an ESPN3 online televised contest on Monday night. Fairleigh Dickinson fell to LIU Brooklyn on Monday, 86-64, at home.

Saint Francis leads the all-time series between the two schools, 35-19. SFU has won the past six meetings.

NCAA SCORING DUOS

Alli Williams (Altoona, Pa./Bishop Guilfoyle) and Alexa Hayward (Beaver Falls, Pa./Blackhawk) currently rank 11th in the NCAA in scoring duos for women's basketball. The two players are averaging a combined 37.9 points per game and trail the number one duo from Akron by only 8.4 ppg.
