LORETTO, Pa. (Jan. 18, 2014) – In the first of two editions of the battle of Saint Francis in 2014-15, the Red Flash hosts the Terriers on Monday evening for a 7 p.m. tip-off.

Both Saint Francis' enter the contest with a 1-4 record in Northeast Conference play and both teams really need a win.

The Red Flash fell to Sacred Heart for the second time in a week on Saturday in an ESPN3 broadcasted contest. SFU got 33 points from
Alexa Hayward (Beaver Falls, Pa./Blackhawk) and 24 from
Aisha Brock (Jacksonville, Fla./Potter's House Christian Academy) in another high scoring affair between the Flash and Pioneers, but the away team came out on top, 101-90.

SFU has dominated the all-time series with the Terriers by a margin of 39-15, that number includes an even more impressive 23-5 record inside DeGol Arena. SFBK however beat the Flash in both meetings a season ago and had their best season in program history.

Saint Francis hits the road next weekend for contests against Mount St. Mary's (4-1 NEC) and Wagner (2-3 NEC). Wagner bested The Flash inside DeGol Arena on Jan. 3, 76-60.
