Wagner Game Notes
LORETTO, Pa. – Saint Francis opens NEC play Saturday against Wagner at 4:00 p.m. The Red Flash had its three-game winning streak snapped at NJIT on Tuesday, giving the Flash a 6-5 mark in non-conference play. Saint Francis finished with a winning non-conference record for the first time since 1997-98 when SFU was 7-4 in non-NEC play. The Flash is 3-0 at home this season and will look to go 4-0 at home to start a season for the first time since 2003-04.
Earl Brown (Philadelphia, Pa./Imhotep Charter) had a game-high 21 points at NJIT while
Ronnie Drinnon (Jamestown, Ohio/Greenview) recorded his third straight double-digit rebounding effort with 11 boards.
Malik Harmon (Queens, N.Y./Christ the King) had 17 points for the second straight game while
Ollie Jackson (Dallas, Texas/Pinkston ) scored 10.

NON-CONFERENCE SUCCESSThe Flash finished with a 6-5 mark in non-conference play. Saint Francis finished with a winning non-conference record for the first time since 1997-98 when SFU was 7-4 in non-NEC play. During
Rob Krimmel's first two seasons at the helm, Saint Francis was 2-21 against non-NEC foes. Now in year three of the Krimmel Era, SFU won three games in the month of November for only the second time in program history. The first time came in 1997-98 (3-1).
DRINNON AGAIN WITH 10 REBOUNDSRonnie Drinnon (Jamestown, Ohio/Greenview) had 11 rebounds against NJIT on Tuesday to give him three consecutive double-digit rebounding efforts. Drinnon has 42 rebounds over his past three games and is third in the NEC in rebounds per game with 7.1. Drinnon's three double-digit rebounding games matches his total from last season.
NEC LEADERSSaint Francis is the top team in the Northeast Conference in several categories, and they include offensive and defensive numbers. The Flash leads the NEC in fewest points allowed per game, averaging just 62.4 points allowed. The Flash also leads in defensive field goal percentage (42.8). On the offensive end, SFU also leads the conference in three-point percentage (.365) and is second in field goal percentage (44.8).
BARRIER BROKENThe Red Flash had been undefeated in games in which it scored at least 60 points until its 77-65 loss at NJIT on Tuesday.
EARLY RISERSSaint Francis is 4-0 in games starting prior to 5:00 p.m. this season. In those four games against UMES, Navy, Albany and Rutgers, the average point spread is 71-62. That's seven points higher than the Flash are averaging for the season on the offensive end.
