LORETTO, Pa. - The Saint Francis Red Flash will look to move to 3-0 in Northeast Conference play since 2002-03 when it travels to Bryant to face the 1-1 Bulldogs on Thursday night. The Red Flash is coming off a 66-59 home victory over Robert Morris on Monday in the team's first victory over the Colonials since 2007, snapping a 14-game RMU winning streak. The Flash also defeated Wagner on Saturday to open NEC play.
 THREE THINGS TO KNOW- Tonight's game is the first between SFU and Bryant since the team's NEC quarterfinal last year. Saint Francis won its first NEC tournament game since 1996 with the 55-54 victory at the Chace Athletic Center

BROWN WINS SECOND NEC PLAYER OF THE WEEKEarl Brown (Philadelphia, Pa./Imhotep Charter) won his second NEC Player of the Week Award this week for his performance in three Red Flash games, including the two NEC wins this weekend. He averaged 18.3 points on 52.9 percent shooting from the floor, and added 7.7 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 2.3 steals in three games. Â
Brown opened with 21 points (8-11 FG) and seven boards in a loss at NJIT last Tuesday. He went on to post his third double-double of the season with 20 points and 11 rebounds as the Red Flash began its NEC slate with an 85-68 win over Wagner. Brown wrapped his week with 14 points, five rebounds and four assists as SFU snapped a 14-game losing streak against Robert Morris on Monday with a 66-59 win. He ranks third in the NEC in scoring (15.8), fifth in rebounding (6.8) and second in FG percentage (.555).
