BROOKYLN, N.Y.-  The Red Flash women's soccer match at LIU Brooklyn has been moved from a 6 p.m. Friday start to a 3 p.m.  Friday start time.

The move is to combat a heavy rain front brought by the impending landing of Hurricane Joaquin. 

This will be the Northeast Conference opener for both teams. LIU Brooklyn (3-7) was picked to finish sixth in the NEC in the preseason poll, while the Red Flash were pegged third.  Last season, the two teams played to a 1-1 draw in Loretto.
