ABOUT THE RAIDERS
Wright State is off to a 0-4 start on the season after dropping a 2-0 decision at home to Bucknell last weekend. The Raiders went 9-8-2 last year and were picked fourth in the Horizon League in the pre-season poll. Natalie Sedlock led the team with 15 points last season but she has yet to find the score sheet in 2016.  Katie Ruff is in her first season as the starting keeper and holds a 2.50 goals against average and a .700 save percentage.

These two teams have met once before in the 2014 season and WSU won 2-1 in Dayton.

ABOUT THE RETRIEVERS
UMBC was picked seventh in the American East pre-season poll and is 2-2 as they head into the weekend against George Washington and the Red Flash. Alexa Quaranta and Nikki Saad who each have two goals on the year lead the former NEC foe.  Gabby Boehmer led the Retrievers in scoring last season and is someone to keep an eye on. In goal, Leah Roth has gotten every start in net and has a .778 save percentage.

This will be the 15th meeting between the two schools with UMBC winning the first 13. However, the teams haven't met since 2002 when the Flash won 3-2.
