Scouting Loyola (Md.)

The Greyhounds edged Saint Francis 1-0 in Loretto last August. Through four games, Loyola owns a 1-3 record, its lone victory over Seton Hall in overtime. The Greyhounds have struggled to generate consistent offense, attempting just 18 shots through its first four games. Mary Corcoran and Nicole Rivas own the Loyola goals, both of which have been assisted by Julianna Cabrera.

Home Field Advantage

The Red Flash will look forward to playing at the Stokes SoccerPlex on Sunday as the team has traditionally been very difficult to play on its home turf. The Red Flash went 8-4 at home last season, winning its final six home contests. Saint Francis has dropped its last three home openers.

Finding the Game's First Goal

Saint Francis has yet to score the first goal of the match in any of its three contests this season. The Red Flash proved stout protecting leads in 2016, recording a 9-3 record when scoring first. Eight of the nine wins resulted in shutouts.
