Allison LaDuke (Greensburg, Pa./Greater Latrobe) from the women's soccer squad earned NEC Fall Scholar-Athlete accolades.

England captures another academic award in his illustrious career at Saint Francis. England finished 1st in the NEC Championship this past fall and placed 10th at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship. His Fall GPA was a pristine 4.00 and his cumulative GPA stands at 3.968. He is dual majoring in Spanish and Biology. The Williamsburg, Pa native previously won the NEC Cross Country Student-Athletic award in 2016 and has been named to the NEC Commissioner's Honor Roll four times. Last year, England won the Triple Crown of academic success by winning Fall, Winter and Spring Scholar-Athlete honors. Additionally, he made the Dean's List and the Saint Francis University Athletic Department Honor Roll for every semester he has spent at the College Among the Pines. Furthermore, he serves as a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).

LaDuke continues her stellar academic career with another honor. LaDuke served as team captain this past season leading the Red Flash to another NEC Championship and NCAA Tournament berth. Her work on the back line contributed to a NEC high eight shutouts as she earned first team All-NEC honors. Despite the heavy workload on and off the pitch, LaDuke achieved a 3.904 GPA majoring in Physician Assistant with minors in Psychology, Biology and World Languages. She has placed on the NEC Commissioner's Honor Roll (3.75 or higher) every semester of her athletic career and was named the 2016 Northeast Conference Women's Soccer Scholar-Athlete of the Year for the fall season. She also has been on the Dean's List and the Saint Francis University Athletic Department Honor Roll during her entire tenure at Saint Francis. Like England, LaDuke resides on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.Â
