Loretto, Pa.- The Saint Francis men's volleyball team closes out its regular season road swing this weekend as they take on George Mason and the University of Charleston. Both Friday and Saturday's match-up are slated to start at 7 p.m.
Saint Francis, led by Mike Rumbaugh, enter the weekend with an 8-17 overall record and is 3-7 in conference play after dropping two conference matches this past weekend. SFU fell in straight sets on Thursday night to Sacred Heart, while dropping a four set match to Harvard on Friday night.

Sittin' On Top
Stephen Braswell (Manchester, Pa./Northeastern), Brandon Buck (Baden, Pa./Ambridge), and Ryan Alu (Pipersville, PA/Central Bucks West HS) all rank in the top-five in the EIVA. Braswell and Buck sit third and fourth in the conference in kills with 258 and 256. Alu ranks fourth in digs per set with a 2.52 percentage. Braswell also ranks in the top five in two other categories: total digs (fifth-173) and service aces per set (third-0.43).

About the Patriots
George Mason is 14-10 overall and is 10-0 in the EIVA. The Patriots downed NJIT in five sets, while also taking down Princeton in five sets last weekend. Hayden Wagner led the Patriots on the weekend with 44 total kills on a .336 hitting percentage.
Wagner leads the way for GMU as he sits second in the EIVA with 269 total kills and first with 3.74 kills per set. Â Additionally, he is top in the conference with 30 total service aces. Johnny Gomez paces the Patriots' defense, amassing 198 total digs and a 2.68 digs per set. Jack Reese leads the team in blocks with 59.

About the Golden Eagles
University of Charleston is 12-8 overall and is 3-7 in the EIVA. The Golden Eagles defeated Lincoln Memorial in three straight sets last weekend as Ryan Santos led UC with 16 kills on a .458 hitting percentage. Darin Depellegrini led the Eagles defensively with 11 digs while Adriel Roberts contributed with 5 total blocks.
Max Senica leads the team on the year with 172 total kills while Santos is right behind his teammate with 171 kills. Anthony Rivera has helped contribute on the offensive side by dishing out 551 assist on 8.75 per set. Defensively, Depellegrini leads the way with 171 digs with 2.41 per set as Roberts has team-high 76 blocks.

Saint Francis leads the all-time series against Charleston, 5-1 and trails the all-time series against George Mason, 15-37. SFU lost both matches against Charleston and George Mason earlier this season.
