Concert Series Flier

The SFU Band is hosting its first-ever concert series. The series consists of four fun-filled concerts over the course of the fall semester.

On Sept. 30th, you can see The Vogues!  The Vogues had several gold and platinum hits including "You're The One", "Five O'clock Word", "Magic Town", and "Turn Around Look At Me".  They have been featured on the Tonight Show, The Ed Sullivan Show, and their music was featured in the movie Good Morning Vietnam and as the Drew Carey Show theme song.  The Vogues take the stage at the JFK Auditorium at 2:00 pm on the campus of Saint Francis University.

October 20th offers the chance to meet actor Eddie Deezen as we host a Grease Sing-A-Long.  Eddie is best known for his role as Eugene in the movie Grease, but has also appeared in Grease 2, the movie 1941, Dexter's Laboratory, Kim Possible, and The Know-It-All Kid from Polar Express.  Showtime is 7:00 pm in JFK.

November 25th brings the SFU Band Blast.  This is a concert setting of the music performed by the SFU Marching Band during its 2018 season.  The band will take you back to the '80" with such hits as "Tainted Love", "Any Way You Want It", "Mr. Roboto", "Freeze Frame", and more.  SFU Band Blast starts at 1:00 pm in JFK.

On December 1st you can catch one of the most beloved Christmas shows ever - White Christmas.  This production of Irving Berlin's classic features all the dialogue and music featuring "Blue Skies", "I Love a Piano", and of course "White Christmas".  Don't miss White Christmas in Concert at the JFK Auditorium at 7:00 pm.
