Saint Francis downs LIU Brooklyn on road, 74-67

Loretto, Pa. - The Saint Francis men's basketball team (6-8, 2-1 NEC) gutted out its first road win of the season to beat the defending NEC Champion LIU Blackbirds (7-8, 1-2 NEC) 74-67 on Thursday night. I am proud of our group and excited to get back after it on Saturday."

The Red Flash built a 16-point halftime lead then dug in its heels over the last four minutes after LIU Brooklyn cut it to five. Saint Francis held the Blackbirds to 1-for-6 from the field with three turnovers over the last four minutes to secure the victory.
