Keara McGraw (Austin, TX/James Bowie) added eight kills but the Saint Francis women's volleyball team (1-15, 1-3 NEC) fell to Robert Morris (14-3, 4-0 NEC) in three sets (20-25, 12-25, 12-25) on Wednesday night.
The Red Flash rallied from a 10-2 deficit in the first set to pull within one at 17-16 after a kill by sophomore
Nicole Adams (Clifton Park, NY/Shenendehowa East). A McGraw kill two plays later kept the deficit at one before the Colonials went on a 6-2 run to seal a 1-0 lead.
Saint Francis led the second set 3-2 after junior
Shannon Thomas (West Chester, Pa./Villa Maria) set up McGraw for another kill but it would be their last lead of the match as Robert Morris pulled away in each of the last two sets.

Nicole Adams (Clifton Park, NY/Shenendehowa East) finished with five kills and a team-high three service aces, junior
Shannon Thomas (West Chester, Pa./Villa Maria) led with 26 assists and freshman
Jeanie Edgington (Olmstead Falls, Oh/Olmstead Falls) had two blocks.
Robert Morris, led by 13 kills from Lauren Kolenik, hit .281% as a team while SFU was held to a hitting pct. of .158%.
Tonight's match is the first of three this week for the Red Flash. SFU hosts LIU on Friday, Oct. 11, at 7 p.m. and Fairleigh Dickinson on Saturday, Oct. 12, at 5 p.m.
