Braxton Moving Up the Record Books

Braxton continues to ascend up the record books, moving into 7
th place on the school's all-time scoring list after his 20-point game at Richmond, passing former teammate
Jamaal King (Salisbury, Md./Bishop O'Connell (Va.)) and Devin Sweetney in the process. Blackmon also made a big move up the scoring record book, going from 38
th to 32
nd after scoring a season-high 23 points at Richmond

Saint Francis made 14-of-28 three-point field goals at Richmond, tying its season-high from all of last season. Meredith led Saint Francis by going 6-of-9 from three, one shy of his career-high, while Blackmon tied his career-high for threes in a game by going 5-for-10 and 4 for his last 5. The Red Flash hit 7-of-11 from three-point range in the second half with four different players combining for the 14 made threes.

Mistakes Down the Stretch

The Red Flash gave a quality Atlantic 10 opponents fits all night and led by 12 with 2:52 to play and 10 with 1:41 to play before seeing the lead evaporate in the final two minutes. Saint Francis went just 4-of-9 from the free throw line with three turnovers over the final three minutes.
