Red Flash open NEC play with 2-1 double overtime win at Mount St. Mary's

Emmitsburg, Md. – Alyssa McGhee (Altoona, Pa./Bishop Guilfoyle) scored the game-winner off a long pass from Dakota Graham (Phoenixville, Pa./Phoenixville Area) in the 101st minute as Saint Francis women's soccer (2-5-1, 1-0 NEC) picked up a 2-1 double overtime victory at Mount St. Mary's (1-7-1, 0-1 NEC) in the NEC opener.

"It's great getting a win on the road in conference play," head coach Ellie Davis said.

  • Trailing 1-0 at halftime, Graham used an assist from McGhee and found the back of the net to tie the match 1-1 in the 60th minute.
