TURNING POINTS OF THE GAME
Up 2-1 at the time during the 50th minute, Persichetty was able to capitalize on a mishandling from the Terrier defense to fire a shot into the bottom right corner of the net which proved to be the game-winning goal for the Red Flash.
Saint Francis Brooklyn were able to score again in the second half, but the original two goal advantage that the Red Flash had proved to be too much for the Terriers.
FLASH MOMENTS
Just 13 minutes into the game, Pyle was able to find the back of the net on a penalty kick which ended up being the start of a good offensive performance for the Red Flash on the day. The freshman now leads the Red Flash with six points on the season.
One minute into the second half, Choo was able to speed past the Terrier defense and take advantage of a one on one opportunity off of a beautiful center pass from
Jaela House (South Williamsport, Pa) that led to a Red Flash goal.
FLASH NUGGETS
Rhiallie Jessell (Williamsport, Pa) and Persichetty led the team in shots on goal with two a piece on the afternoon.
The Red Flash now improve to 3-2 at home during the 2021 season.
Saint Francis now has back to back wins for the first time in conference play this season.
