LORETTO, Pa. – The Saint Francis women's basketball team (10-4, 8-0 NEC) makes the trip to Brooklyn this weekend to face St. Francis Brooklyn (3-9, 3-9 NEC). Both Saturday and Sunday's tip-offs are scheduled for 4 p.m. The games will be broadcast live on NEC Front Row.

SCOUTING THE TERRIERS
St. Francis Brooklyn enters the series with a 3-9 record as all games this season have been against Northeast Conference teams. The Terriers were selected ninth in the NEC coaches' preseason poll.
SFBK split the mid-week series against Fairleigh Dickinson this week. On Tuesday, the Terriers earned a 67-60 victory after falling behind 22-11 in the first quarter. Freshman Fruzsina Horvath had a game-high 21 points to lead a trio of SFBK double-figure scorers. On Wednesday, St. Francis Brooklyn lost 79-74 in overtime. The Terriers scored the final five points of regulation to push overtime but FDU converted on 5-of-6 free throws in the final 15 seconds of overtime to seal the win.
This season, senior Ally Lassen leads three Terriers players averaging double figures with 15.0 points per game. Sophomore Nevena Dimitrijevic and Horvath are both averaging 11.8 points per game. Lassen also leads the team with 6.5 rebounds per game.
SERIES HISTORY
The Red Flash lead the all-time series with the Terriers 48-18 and have the 20-12 advantage in Brooklyn. SFU won both meetings last season and has victories in nine of the last 10 games against the Terriers.
On Jan, 11, 2020, Saint Francis beat St. Francis Brooklyn by an 82-72 margin in Loretto, overcoming a nine-point deficit at halftime by shooting 77.2 percent from the floor in the second half.
Karson Swogger scored a game-high 29 points while
Haley Thomas led the game with eight rebounds.
Katie Dettwiller recorded three blocks in the win. The Red Flash led the Terriers 37-20 on the boards.
On Jan. 25, 2020, the Red Flash earned the 67-59 victory in Brooklyn. Dettwiller was one rebound shy of a double-double, leading the game with 17 points and nine rebounds. She completed the game a perfect 7-of-7 from the floor.
Jada Dapaa also scored in double figures with 12 points, shooting 6-of-7 from the floor. SFU was again dominant on the boards, leading 45-26 in that category.
LAST TIME OUT
The Red Flash swept Merrimack in Loretto last week to improve to 8-0 in conference play. On Thursday, SFU won by a 70-62 victory. Swogger surpassed 1,000 career points in the win in which she led the offense with 17 points.
Jenna Mastellone and freshmanÂ
Kaitlyn Maxwell each had career-highs, scoring 16 and 12 points, respectively. Dapaa also scored in double figures with 10 points and was one rebound shy of a double-double to lead the team on the boards.

On Friday, Saint Francis won by a 61-48 margin. Dapaa recorded her second double-double of the season, matching her career-high 12 points and also grabbing 11 rebounds. Swogger and Mastellone rounded out a trio of double-figure scorers for the Red Flash with 11 and 10 points, respectively.
