SCOUTING THE BISON
This is the second meeting of the season and ninth overall between these two schools. Last weekend, SFU was handed an 11-8 loss in Lewisburg, PA for the Bison's ninth win over the Red Flash. This was the smallest margin of error for SFU only being down by three after a four-goal comeback last Sunday.

Paige Furano scored four times to lead all scorers for the Bison on Sunday, while Marcela Herrera and Megan LaCroix each added two goals in the win. There were six total Bison players that found the back of the net against the Red Flash.

This put Bucknell at 5-3 on the season and 2-1 in conference play with two more this Saturday. In the last CWPA poll, Bucknell was slated at #21 nationally, only 4 spots up from the Red Flash. This will be the last two matchups before the CWPA matchups on April 24th.

SCOUTING THE MOUNTAINEERS
This is the third matchup of the 2021 season for the Red Flash and Mountaineers, two of which counted towards conference play. The Red Flash have been able to hold off Mount St. Mary's and come up with two straight wins.

In their last two meetings, SFU has been able to score a combined 35 goals and have only allowed 17 from the Mountaineers. Both times after these two matchups, SFU has been able to secure CWPA weekly awards.

The Mount has not played a game since the last matchup vs. the Red Flash on March 21st. The Mountaineers are 0-11 on the season and 0-4 in conference play in their first inaugural season. This Saturday will be the last two competitions of the season before the CWPA championships.

THE RED FLASH
SFU is coming off two hard fought battles, dropping to 8-10 on the season and 1-3 in conference play. They look to improve upon last Sunday, and come out strong against two more CWPA competitors before the CWPA championships on April 24th.

Freshman Emese Szucs led the Red Flash offense on the afternoon with six goals in the two contests. Sophomore Taylor Halbauer notched three goals and junior Julia Bradford tallied two in the Red Flash's hard-fought efforts against Michigan and Bucknell.

With their efforts on Sunday, this put Szucs and Halbauer at number one and number two on the season in goals scored for the Red Flash.

THE SCHEDULE
The Red Flash have two final conference matchups this Saturday in Emmitsburg, MD at 3:00 pm vs. the Bison and a night cap at 6:00 pm vs. Mount St. Mary's to finish off regular season play.
