Red Flash Look Forward To Road Battle Against Sacred Heart

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
>> The Red Flash hit the road to take on a strong conference opponent as they face off against the Sacred Heart Pioneers.
>> Both teams have three conference wins going into the matchup and are currently sitting at the fourth and fifth spots in the NEC.
>> Saint Francis will look continue their winning ways as Tomke Dziesiaty has scored in three straight matches for the Red Flash.

LAST TIME OUT
The Red Flash notched their fourth shutout of the season as they were able to win a close match against Stonehill, 1-0. Dziesiaty scored the lone goal for Saint Francis as she now has the team lead with four. Lauren Pyle recorded her conference leading fifth assist of the season on the Dziesiaty goal as she now has had an assist in three straight matches. The Saint Francis defense showed out at Stokes Soccerplex as they only let up four shots total and none of them being on goal for the entire 90 minutes. 

WORD ON SACRED HEART
The Pioneers go into the matchup with a 7-5-3 overall record and a 3-1-2 mark in the NEC. The Pioneers are led by tow players on offense being Morgan Bovardi and Grace O'Hara who have 12 points and 11 goals between them. Bovardi has one of the higher marks in the conference with 24 shots on goal and 32 shots total. In net, Sacred Heart is guided by Elyssa Kipperman who leads the NEC in Goals Against Average (0.87) and save percentage (.840).

LAST TIME WE MET 
These two squads battled last year in Loretto and ended up resulting in a 1-1 tie. Goalkeeper Sarah McConnon secured a game-high nine saves for the Red Flash in the two overtime periods that were played.
