>> Saint Francis men's soccer earned a 2-1 victory over Northeast Conference (NEC) opponent St. Francis Brooklyn at the Stokes Soccerplex Sunday afternoon.
(Belgrade, Serbia/Rudjer Boskovic) led the scoring efforts for the Red Flash with two goals in the second half.
After a scoreless opening half, the Red Flash struck first when
Alexios Rodriguez (Sliver Springs, Md./Dematha Catholic) passed the ball to
Nico Stoddart (Brampton, Canada/David Suzuki SS) at midfield. Stoddart then fed the ball to Djajic who made a sliding shot for the goal at the 61st minute.
FLASH MOMENT
At the 86th minute, Joel Aschebroich (Neuss, Germany/Berufsbildungszentrum Nuess-Weingartstrabe) passed the ball up field to Rodriguez who tapped the ball to Djajic. The freshman forward blasted a shot past the Terriers goalkeeper for the match winning goal.

Saint Francis Brooklyn held the advantage over Saint Francis in shots (23-9), shots on target (17-5) and corner kicks (15-6).

Quinn O'Hearn (Nantucket, Mass./Darlington) posted one shot on goal and Djajic registered four to lead the Red Flash offensive effort.
