>> The Saint Francis University men's golf team will play its second event Bucknell Invitational hosted by Bucknell in a three-round, three-day competition starting on Sunday. It will be the fourth time the team has played in the event. since 2017-18.
>> The Red Flash will join host Bucknell (two teams), Canisius, Cornell, Detroit Mercy, Holy Cross, Monmouth, Mount St. Mary's, Niagara, Ottawa, Rider, Robert Morris, Sacred Heart, Saint Joseph's Saint Peter's, Towson and Youngstown State. Teams will play one round a day.

LAST TIME AT THAT EVENT
J.W. Cunningham and
Marc-Antoine Hotte led the way for the Red Flash, finishing in 29th place with a a three-round score of 217, 12 strokes behind the medalist.Â
Nathan Godbout finished in 43rd place with a score of 221. Saint Francis posted a 296 in the first round, a 286 in the second round and a 299 in the third round for a three-day total of 881 for a 10th-place finish.

Nathan Godbout finished 26th to pace the Saint Francis men's golf team at Tom Tontimonia Invitational on Tuesday.Â

Kyle McClintock (78th place, 250) rounded out the five Red Flash players. Saint Francis shot 312 in the first round, a 300 in the second round and a 303 in the final round for a total of 915.

Saint Francis will wrap up its fall slate at the Old Dominion/Outer Banks Intercollegiate on October 23-25.
NEW TO THE FLASH
Freshmen
Thomas Webb and
Kyle McClintock join the team for the 2022-23 season. Webb made his collegiate debut at the Turning Stone Intercollegiate, while MCClintock made his debut at the Tom Tontimonia Invitational.
COMING OFF A GREAT FINISH LAST SEASON
Saint Francis finished second at the Northeast Conference Men's Golf Championships in May to notch the best team finish since 2013. The squad finished second at the league championships for the fifth time in program history.
Luke Minsky returns to the team after finishing seventh.
