SAINT FRANCIS QUICK HITS
Saint Francis comes into the NEC Tournament after having won its last six regular season matches with four of those wins coming in straight sets for the Red Flash. Saint Francis most recently defeated Central Connecticut (3-0) and top NEC seed, Sacred Heart (3-1) to close out regular season action.

Saint Francis closes out regular season action with a 12-15 overall record and 10-4 in the NEC to finish the 2022 season second place in the conference.

The 2022 NEC Tournament is the second consecutive tournament appearance for the Red Flash. The team took a straight set loss to host school, Bryant University in last year's tournament. The Red Flash have never won an NEC Tournament.

Emma Fenton and
Madi Tyus are two big-time players for the Red Flash. Fenton leads the team as a setter with 929 assists on the season, while Tyus leads as an outside hitter with 314 kills on the season.

Maggie Hogan leads the team in digs and service aces with 270 and 46, respectively on the season.
Aubrey Deptula is the key middle hitter for Saint Francis with 86.0 blocks this season.

SCOUTING FAIRLEIGH DICKINSON
Fairleigh Dickinson will be the number three seed in the NEC Tournament as the Knights finished the 2022 regular season 15-15 overall and 9-5 in the NEC.

Most recently, the Knights went 1-1 in the team's last weekend of regular season competition with a straight set loss to Sacred Heart and five set victory over Central Connecticut.

Five players stand out as leaders for Fairleigh Dickinson this season. Kylie Nott is a key outside hitter for the team with 252 kills, while Hannah Schmidt leads the team as a setter with 633 kills on the season. Allegra Rivas and Tatijana Fucka lead the Knights on the defensive end, Rivas with 286 digs this season and Fucka with 89.0 blocks on the season. In addition, Sofia Rampazzo leads FDU in service aces this season with 32.

The Red Flash lead in the overall series against FDU at 34-29. The Knights have defeated the Red Flash in both conference matches this season over straight sets.
