LEWISBURG, Pa. – The Saint Francis Women's Water Polo team weren't able to overcome deficits against Harvard and Brown as the Red Flash fall to a 5-9 overall record on the young season. The Red Flash had their first home game of the 2022 season against the Crimson, then had to hit the road to Lewisburg, Pa to face Brown University later on Saturday.

- Junior Abbie Carter had her first multi-goal game of the 2022 season, leading the Red Flash with two scores.
- Addison Williams notched a goal for Saint Francis while Kimberly Frostad chipped in a goal to round out the scoring for the Red Flash.Â
- This was only the second meeting in Loretto between these two schools with the first matchup being in 2018.Â
- This was the first loss at home for Saint Francis since last March when they fell victim to the Michigan Wolverines at Stokes Natatorium.Â

- Freshman Kayla Rhoads tallied a goal for Saint Francis while Abbie Carter scored a goal for the Red Flash as well.Â
- Rhoads was able to make an impact all over the stat sheet tallying a team-high three steals for Saint Francis.Â
- Freshman goalie Isabel Lumley was able to secure 15 saves for the Red Flash in net.Â
- The Red Flash turned the ball over nine times in the contest which proved to be costly in a low-scoring affair.

The Red Flash will be back in action tomorrow morning at 9:00am as they first battle Mount St. Mary's, and then they will face a familiar foe in Princeton University at 3:00pm to round out their weekend slate.
