» Saint Francis University women's basketball season came to an end after a 69-53 loss to Mount St. Mary's in the Northeast Conference Tournament quarterfinals.

TURNING POINTS OF THE GAME
After Mount St. Mary's held a 14-11 lead at the end of the first quarter, Saint Francis came within two points, 23-21, with 4:55 remaining in the first half. The Mountaineers ended the half with a 15-3 run and took a 38-24 lead into halftime.
 
Mount St. Mary's maintained a double-digit lead in the third quarter before Saint Francis was within nine points with a Mastellone layup that beat the buzzer. In the fourth quarter, the Mountaineers started with. 9-3 run and maintained a double-digit lead before their 16-point victory.

FLASH NUGGETS
Dapaa broke Jess Zinobile's 22-year-old record of 366 rebounds in a single-season with a second-quarter board. She finished 378 rebounds this season and 755 in her career – eighth in program history. With her double-double, Dapaa recorded eight in a row to end the season.
 
Mastellone recorded her 15th double-digit point game of the season and her fifth with at least 18 points. She finished her Saint Francis career with 134 games played and 717 points.
 
In three seasons with the Red Flash, Lili Benzel finished eighth in program history with 146-career three-pointers made.

Saint Francis' season comes to an end with an 8-10 conference and 8-22 overall record. Mount St. Mary's advances to the NEC Tournament semifinals, where they will host Wagner on Thursday, March 10.
