LAST TIME IN THE POOL
Saint Francis two weeks ago didn't have the best of fortunes in the water as they went 0-3 against ranked teams such as Brown, Harvard, and Michigan.
The Red Flash scored 19 goals during that weekend stretch with
Emese Szucs leading the way with four goals for the Red Flash.
TOURNAMENT HISTORY
The Red Flash is 2-10 in tournament play since the start of the program, with an 11-7 win over George Washington in 2017 and a win over Mount St. Mary's in 2021 by the score of 17-1.
This will be the third time Bucknell has hosted the CWPA tournament in the 11 seasons of the CWPA and the second time Saint Francis will play in Lewisburg in postseason play.
NEW PROGRAM RECORDS
Saint Francis was able to make history at the start of the season with a 4-0 record to begin the year, something that hasn't been accomplished since the program started in 2017. Junior
Addison Williams set a single-game assist record with seven assists in the contest against Brown on April 9th.
FRESHMEN IN NET
Freshmen
Isabel Lumley and
Grace Raquel have been the primary goalies for the Red Flash during the 2022 season, with this being the first time since the program's first year in 2017 that Saint Francis have only had freshmen goalies on their roster. Lumley has recorded 112 saves as a member of the Red Flash in her first year while Raquel has stopped 33 shots in her freshman campaign. Both goalies have combined for five steals while Lumley recorded her first collegiate goal against Iona on March 6th.
PRODUCTION FROM EVERYWHERE
Junior
Taylor Halbauer and sophomore
Emese Szucs both have scored over 40 goals for the Red Flash in the 2022 season, while freshman
Kimberly Frostad and junior
Addison Williams have each gone over the 20 goal plateau this year for Saint Francis.
