In the second half the Red Flash were just a goal away from tying the match until the 73rd minute when the Explorers expanded their lead to two. After that point the Explorers scored another quick and controlled the tempo for the remaining minutes of the second half. 


FLASH MOMENTS
In the 65th minute Tomke Dziesiaty had chance to tie the game at one when La Salle's goalkeeper charged on the ball to help push the shot just wide left. 
During the 28th minute of play McConnon made a leaping save to help keep the Explorers from getting on the board. 
FLASH NUGGETS
Savannah Schoonmaker, Lauren Pyle, Rory Schaeffer, and Dziesiaty all posted shot attempts for the Red Flash. 
Saint Francis had three players participate in all 90 minutes of action including Corinne Renninger, McConnon, and Schoonmaker.
