TURNING POINTS OF THE GAME
The Red Flash trailed 1-0 for the majority of the match until the 67th minute when the Mountaineers scored their second goal of the contest and put the match out of reach. West Virginia would go on to score another goal 12 minutes later to close out their offensive output.

FLASH MOMENTS
During the 36th minute the Red Flash had an opportunity to tie the game at one apiece when forward Noa Dorah was one-on-one with the goalkeeper until a West Virginia defender disrupted the shot from Dorah, leaving the goalkeeper with an easier save then originally thought.

Goalkeeper Sarah McConnon was facing shots for the majority of the afternoon and towards the end of the second half she made a leaping stop to her right which kept the match in arms reach for the Red Flash.
