(Voorhees, N.J.) ran a 7.84 in the 60m hurdles final to secure the Saint Francis indoor track and field school record and take home first place in the event at the Nittany Lion Challenge hosted by Penn State University Saturday afternoon.
>> The previous record was held by Dashaun Jackson. Jackson set the school record in 2019 at the Albany Great Dane Classic at Ocean Breeze with a time of 7.85. Williams' time currently ranks 16th in NCAA Division I.
(Bridgeville, Pa.) who hit his longest effort in the triple jump on his first attempt to win the event with a 14.21m mark.

FLASH WOMEN NUGGETS
The Red Flash women collected three top-ten performances and three Saint Francis all-time performances.
Senior
Rhoda Alaban-Tafon (Glen Burnie, Md.) registered a 57.34 in the 400m to take eighth in the event and eighth Saint Francis all-time.
Senior
Madeline Murphy (Cresson, Pa.) cleared 11.55m to take fourth in the triple jump. Fellow senior
Jenna Beitel (Saltsburg, Pa.) followed closely behind Murphy with a mark of 11.52m taking fifth.
Sophomore
Emma Fleck (Pittsburgh, Pa.) ran a 1:48.20 in the 600m to earn the number 10 spot on the Saint Francis all-time list in the event.
Senior
Monica Gregg (Henrietta, N.Y.) finished the 800m with a time of 2:20.28 to rank eighth all-time in the event.

The Red Flash men came home with seven top-ten performances, highlighted by the victories of Williams and Nelson.
In his Saint Francis debut,
David Niang placed sixth in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.37 to earn him the sixth spot Saint Francis all-time.

Jasir Parker took fourth in the triple jump with a mark of 13.72m. Senior
Ryan Harman (Fairport, N.Y.) placed eighth in the pole vault, clearing 4.15m.

Parker Hilaman (Granville, Ohio) finished eighth in the weighted throw with a mark of 16.54m. Senior
Nickolas Hyde (Somerset, Pa.) recorded a ninth place finish in the shot put, throwing 16.52m.
