Nathan Zini (Pittsburgh, Pa./Seton-La Salle Catholic) both led the Red Flash overall with 20 kills apiece.

Ryan Parker (East Northport, N.Y./Northport) continued to lead Saint Francis as the setter with 43 assists, while also notching 12 digs for the Red Flash.
TURNING POINT OF THE GAME
With the game tied at 2-2, the fifth set was the final turning point in the game. The fifth set was no different than the rest of the game with both teams battling for each point. The final set alone featured 11 tied scores. However, a 2-0 run gave the Crusaders the fifth set, 16-14.
FLASH MOMENTS
The Red Flash took control of set one first with an 8-3 lead. However, a quick run by the Crusaders put North Greenville back on top to take the lead and hold it for the remainder of the first set. North Greenville earned set one, 25-16.
The Crusaders continued its momentum into the second set by starting it off with a 5-0 run. However, the Red Flash found its way back into the set to take its first lead of the second set at 17-16 and hold that lead for the rest of set two. A kill by
Joey Ferragonio (Irwin, Pa./Norwin) gave the Red Flash the second set, 25-19.
The third set started off as a back-and-forth battle between the Red Flash and Crusaders. With the score tied at 14, the Crusaders notched a 3-0 run to take the lead and maintain it for the rest of the set. Despite this, the third set still came down to the wire as North Greenville won set three, 25-23.
The fourth set was a close game early on until the Red Flash took the 11-10 lead over the Crusaders and hold it for the rest of the fourth set. Saint Francis took the fourth set, 25-19 to continue the game into a fifth set.
FLASH NUGGETS
Ferragonio notched a new career high of nine kills and four assists in Saturday's match.
Liprando's 20 kills on Saturday matched his career high, which he has now achieved three times.
Parker's 12 digs on Saturday was a new career high for the setter.

Saint Francis will now turn its attention to a match at NJIT on Friday, Feb. 3 at 4:00 p.m. before hosting Alderson Broaddus on Saturday, Feb. 4 at 7:00 p.m. for its home opener.
