LEWISBURG, PA. – Red Flash
Water Polo won one out of the two matchups to close out the Bucknell Invite. The Red Flash notched their win against Salem in the first game of the day but were unable to defeat La Salle in a very close matchup to end the invite.
Emese Szucs led all Saint Francis players with 13 goals over the weekend.

STATS/NOTES
- Junior Emese Szucs had a great performance as she scored seven goals on eight shots as well as having two blocks and two assists to lead the team.
- Taylor Halbauer had three goals on four shots as she also picked up an assist in the victory. Addison Williams also pitched in and had two goals with an assist to fill up the stat sheet.
- Grace Raquel had a solid outing in net as she had 12 stops and also recorded an assist to help the Red Flash offense.
- Saint Francis never gave up the lead as they jumped out to a 6-2 advantage after the first quarter to help guide them to victory.
LA SALLE 5, SAINT FRANCIS 4
STATS/NOTES
- Abigail Carter led the Red Flash offense with two goals and an assist in this low scoring matchup.
- Caylah Olay and Szucs rounded out the Saint Francis scoring with one goal a piece in the Sunday evening game.
- Even though Halbauer was unable to score for the Red Flash she pitched in on defense as she led the team with five blocks in the contest.
- Raquel stayed in goal for this matchup as she totaled five saves and also had an assist for Saint Francis.

The Red Flash will head to Indiana for the first time in two seasons as they go up against Occidental, Wagner, California Baptist, and the host school Indiana.
