FLASH WOMEN NUGGETS
Seven members of the Saint Francis women's indoor track and field team competed at the ECAC Championships over the weekend.

Caroline Fyock (McMurray, Pa.) took tenth in the shot put with a mark of 12.15m. Fyock also competed in the weighted throw, throwing for 13.87m.

Carly Sedun (Elizabethtown, Pa.) threw for 14.95m in the weighted throw to take 22nd.

Mariclare Anderson (Hagerstown, Pa.) ran a personal record of 2:16.38 in the 800m preliminaries. The junior is now fourth Saint Francis all-time in the event.

Gabrielle Stanavich (Amsterdam, N.Y.) ran a 9.10 in the 60m hurdles preliminaries.

Freshman
Brooke Long (Altoona, Pa.) cleared 4.84m in the long jump to take 20th.

Marie-Therese Cooper (San Juan-Laventille, Trinidad and Tobago) placed 16th with a mark of 11.19m in the triple jump.
FLASH MEN NUGGETS

Julian Saunders (Boyertown, Pa.) took fifth with a time of 6.92.
Bryce Baker (Harrisburg, Pa.) finished just a millisecond behind Saunders placing sixth.

Dustin Hyde (Somerset, Pa.) took seventh in the shot put with his mark of 16.06m.

Jasir Parker (Queens, N.Y.) finished fifth in the triple jump, jumping 14.66m.

Parker Hilaman (Granville, Ohio) placed sixth in the weight throw with his mark of 17.37m.

The IC4A/ECAC Championships marked the end of the indoor season for the Red Flash. The outdoor track and field teams will open their season in Mount Olive, North Carolina at the end of this month.
